Booking Policy

1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled video shoot.

2. Any cancellation by the client must be made in writing via email. If the deposit or full video shoot fee has already been paid, no refund will be issued. Payments may be applied to a future shoot date within one year of the original scheduled date. If the client is unable to reschedule within that time frame, the payment will be retained by Shawtime Productions, LLC, and no refund will be issued.

3. Shawtime Productions, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, family emergency, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If a cancellation or schedule change becomes necessary, the client may choose an alternative shoot date and time or cancel the session and receive a refund of all monies paid to Shawtime Productions, LLC.

4. Shawtime Productions, LLC is not responsible for clients’ travel arrangements or expenses and will not reimburse airfare or other travel costs in the event of a session cancellation. Shawtime Productions, LLC is not liable for losses or additional expenses resulting from delays or interruptions to travel services due to weather conditions, civil disturbance, strikes, war, flooding, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such losses or additional expenses are the responsibility of the client.

5. Shawtime Productions, LLC strongly recommends obtaining appropriate travel insurance to cover expenses resulting from session cancellations, personal accident or injury, medical expenses, lost baggage or personal belongings, and flight cancellations or delays.
